Monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and elephants will be some of the animals we see as we drive through the park. The park is also a wildebeest migration site, as well as sites for zebras and antelopes. Depending on the season of the year, we get a thousand of these animals coming here for food and water. Migration is controlled by seasonal rain: between December and November, from northern woodlands and hills to southern grassy plains and vice versa during the long rains of April to June. You might as well see the resident predators, the leopards, cheetahs, and lions among others. This day will certainly be filled with adventure and loads of wildlife; so we return to our accommodation to relax, enjoy a wonderful dinner, and sleep under the endless Serengeti sky.

It has been formed because of ferocious volcanic eruption and subsequent collapse two to three million years ago, so anything but a nature wonder.
Descent to the Crater is an adventure in itself. When you are on the floor of the Crater, you are treated to herds and herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and over 500 species of birds.
