He has spent over 15 years in Queen Elizabeth National Park, and his experience and dedication are exemplary.

Vincent, by virtue of being bred in the communication art, is a maestro in ways of cementing and nurturing relations. He can foresee what each client in particular wants; that helps him turn simple transactions into long-lasting relationships. Allan is a vibrant professional who got stuck into the realm of Human Resources because he has an evident knack for people management. He has a degree in Business Administration with an avid passion to work in positive work environments, where he has thus far dedicated his career towards ensuring employees perform well in their respective job roles and are good contributors to the overall success of the organization.

Equipped with acumen in apparently minuscule details of HR, Allan has gained expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development. Convinced that it all begins and ends with the work force, his approach is convincingly pegged on the very notion that a motivated and driven work force is actually considered to be the pillar toward the realization of corporate objectives. Allan performs well in devising HR policies that balance employee welfare and organizational objectives.

Allan, however, does not confine himself to merely the corporate world. The spirit of adventure then saw Allan take up a coordinating role at Arcadia Safaris. He combines in this position his organizational prowess with a fascination for travel and exploration. As the Head of Communications, he voices across cultures and puts in words what Arcadia Safaris has to offer. He paints colorful pictures with eloquent narratives and visual captures of the breathtaking landscapes, rich wildlife, and cultural treasures that every traveler in speech is awaiting.

As a Senior Tour Consultant, his passion drips from the design of each tailored itinerary created to one’s desires. For many years, Stanley has been the Senior Guide and Driver at Arcadia Safaris and is quite literally an encyclopedia of the wilderness. With over more than two decades in this career, Stanley has led guests extensively through a number of different landscapes throughout Africa with his passion for wildlife and conservation never faltering.

Growing up in the center of a National Park, Stanley was destined for nature since his childhood. Knowing the flora and fauna intimately can hardly be the result of formal education but of lifelong immersion into those ecosystems that he is leading other people through.

Stanley’s career at Arcadia Safaris began when, as a young man, he showed such outstanding skill and unbridled enthusiasm that he worked his way up through the ranks. Today, as a Senior Guide, he leads safaris with tact and finesse, sharing his wisdom with the next generation of guides.

His faithful Land Cruiser, much more than a mode of transport, acts as an extension of himself, winding through the wilds like some silent predator on the prowl. Campfire tales from Stanley are as mesmerizing as the landscape he travels and offer the clients deep insight into the subtleties of the natural world.

While Stanley is an excellent guide, his commitment to the cause of conservation goes way beyond that. He engages himself in community projects that lead people to protect animals and live sustainably.
